Architectural Review

Before doing any building, you must submit building plans to the Architectural Review Committee. This includes, but is not limited to, home additions, fences, extensive landscaping, outbuildings (e.g. storage sheds, pool houses), or swimming pools. The power of this committee is detailed in the restrictive covenants for the entire subdivision and will be enforced in the interest of fairness to all residents. Please allow thirty days response time. All modifications to your lot must be approved before installation. Also remember to have any building permits from the City of Champaign or the County before starting your project.

Send your plans by email to the Architectural Review Committee at cherryhillsarch@googlegroups.com

Greetings,
I came across the Architecutral Review committee researching Cherry Hill convenants online. We are considering purchasing a property on Lakeview. We need to know the regulations for fencing. We have two small children and we need to be able to keep them away from the lake. I imagine it has to be see-through and there are certain height regulations. I was thinking of rod iron fence.

I would appreciate if you get back to me as soon as possible. We need to move quickly.

If you like to talk to me, I can be reached at 217-722-6473 or 217-819-4889.

Thank you,
