Before doing any building, you must submit building plans to the Architecture Committee. That includes, but is not limited to, home additions, fences, extensive landscaping, outbuildings (e.g., storage sheds, pool houses, etc.), and/or swimming pools.
The power of this committee is detailed in the restrictive covenants for the entire subdivision and will be enforced in the interest of fairness to all residents.
Please allow for a thirty- (30-) day response time. All modifications to your lot must be approved before installation. Also remember to have any building permits from the City and/or Country of Champaign before starting your project.
