How do I obtain an assessment letter for my mortgage closing?
When you sell or refinance your home, the title search will require a letter from the Cherry Hills Homeowners Association stating that you are current with your dues (and also your lake association if you have lakefront property).
The association requires a written request at least five (5) days in advance for your closing. We will not respond to same-day requests. Note that requests may take up to five (5) days to process, so please give plenty of advance notice.
In your request, please include your name, lot number, street address and, in the case of a home sale, the name(s) of the new owners.

Reminder: The Cherry Hills Homeowners Association is

What do I have to do before making major additions or modifications to my Cherry Hills property?
Before doing any building, you must submit plans to the
Architecture Committee. That includes, but is not limited to, home additions, fences, extensive landscaping, outbuildings (e.g., storage sheds, pool houses, etc.), and/or swimming pools. Send your plans by email to the Architecture Committee at
cherryhillsarch@googlegroups.com.
What are restrictive covenants?
All residents of the Cherry Hills subdivision must abide by the
restrictive covenants set forth for each phase. The Board of Directors' responsibility for this subdivision is to enforce them and does so in the event a violation occurs. Cherry Hills property owners have the right to seek enforcement of the covenants. Violations can be reported in writing to any Board Member. Please include your name, address and phone number, the name and address of the alleged violator, and a description of the violation.
