Did you see the 'Prepare Your Garage Sale' signs in the neighborhood and it's the first you heard about our Cherry Hills Garage Sale Day?
If you answered yes to the above, we do not have your email address. To be added to future mailings, please send an email to the Cherry Hills Treasurer. Be sure to include your address too. You can list multiple email addresses too so everyone in the house can stay up to date.

2014 Annual Meeting Minutes and Treasurer's Report
The Annual Meeting was held on May 13, 2014. The meeting minutes from the meeting as well as the Treasurer's report have been posted on the Meetings page. If you have any comments or questions regarding the minutes or the Treasurer's report, please email the HOA board members.

Neighborhood Garage Sale Day
Neighborhood GARAGE SALE Day Saturday, September 13 8:00am - 1:00pm
Time to clean the garage and basement! Cherry Hills Garage Sale Day will be held Saturday, September 13 from 8:00am - 1:00pm. Each homeowner wanting to participate simply prepares and runs their own sale from their own garage. Don't have enough to sell? Combine with a neighbor and spend the morning selling together!
The Homeowner's Association will run ads and will place signs at each entrance. Homeowner's may want to provide additional directional signage, or can even run an extra ad of their own, to attract customers to their sale.
If you plan to participate, please email cherryhillstreasurer@gmail.com and provide your name and address. We would like to measure the success of the sale to help determine if we should have a neighborhood garage sale annually.
