Spring 2017 Garage Sale Day - May 20

Cherry Hills Garage Sale Day will be held Saturday, May 20 from 8:00am - 1:00pm. 

Each homeowner wanting to participate simply prepares and runs their own sale from their own garage. 

We will run an add in the newspaper and post on several different social media sites, including Nextdoor. We will place signs at each entrance. Homeowner's may want to provide additional directional signage, or can even run an extra ad of their own, to attract customers to their sale.

If you plan to participate, please email Janet Stafford at janeteileen2@aol.com and provide your name and address no later than Sunday, May 14.

2016 Annual Homeowner's Mtg has NEW LOCATION

IMPORTANT: THE LOCATION OF THE MEETING HAS CHANGED TO THE FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH. 

The Cherry Hills Homeowner's Association Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, May 12 at 7:00pm at the First Christian Church. Please join us to meet and elect Board members, see the budget, and discuss neighborhood events and issues.

Association Dues 2016

Association dues notices will be mailed to homeowner's over the next several days and are due on or before June 15. Please note that the board recently voted to raise association fees from $75 to $100 per year. The increase is needed to cover the rising costs of landscape maintenance, irrigation, insurance, etc. Dues have not been increased since 2008. Please make your payment on time to avoid a $25 late fee.

If you have an automatic payment scheduled, please be sure to adjust the payment to $100. Payments should be mailed to Cherry Hills Homeowner's Association, 3102 Wynstone Drive, Champaign, IL 61822.
